Way to go on the race, Mel! So proud of you!
And we should plan a meet-up of canning awesomeness. We have all that (including a 2 acre+ vegetable garden courtesy of my aunt and uncle) and we should sweat ourselves to death with the awful smell of canning tomatoes.
Or better yet, I could send you some.
